Our client, a Music Management Company who represents Songwriters, Producers and Artists, requires a hybrid Day to Day Assistant and Office Manager.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the roster whilst also ensuring the smooth running of the busy office.
Hours: Full time with out of hours support when required
Location: West London
Salary: Up to £35k depending on experience
Start Date: Immediately
Interviewing: Immediately
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Assisting with planning and implementation of long term strategy and planning for your roster of writers, producers and artists, including: promotion, marketing A&R and creative campaigns, setting up co-writes and sessions, developing and maintaining external publisher, A&R and management relations
- International diary management across multiple time zones including: writing sessions, promotional schedules, travel bookings, visas, accommodation and itinerary creation
- Overseeing day to day activities and logistics for your clients
- Ensuring PRS, PPL, publishing and neighbouring rights information is accurately registered
- Creating and overseeing budgets where required, general accounting, and liaising with partner publishers on writers’ royalty accounts
- Booking travel
- Working with the management team in day to day management of the office and accounting
Candidates must be / have:
- You will have at least two years’ experience in a similar role or directly comparable and relevant experience in an alternative area of the music industry working with writers and artists and a comprehensive understanding of artist campaigns
- You will be a strong and highly organised individual who is able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- You will be discreet, reliable, professional and trustworthy, and extremely well organised
- You will be a self starter, able to organise your own working schedule and proactively pursue opportunities for your roster and the business in general
- Understand that the nature of the business is at times 24 hours and on occasion be willing to respond quickly in an emergency or outside the usual working day
