Private PA to DJ / Producer, Ibiza (must already be based on the Island)

  A global touring DJ and Producer is looking for an experienced Private PA to join his team, working alongside his existing business EA, to pick-up the management of all private affairs, including his homes in London and Ibiza and add structure to his life. The Principal is very entrepreneurial and runs a record label, an event brand and has other projects launching soon, and there will be cross-over with some business support required. He has a summer residency in Ibiza from June to October and the PA will be expected to relocate to Ibiza for the majority of the summer (with travel and accommodation costs and company car provided). We are looking for someone who can get involved in all aspects of the Principal’s life and take on all tasks, big and small. This person must be able to work using initiative and must be one step ahead at all times.

   

  Hours: Full-time, with long hours

  Location: London and Ibiza with travel

  Salary: Dependent upon experience

  Start Date: ASAP

  Languages: Spanish

   

   

  Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Diary management
  • Managing two email inboxes, keeping on track of all incoming emails, updating the Principal on a daily basis of what has come in, what needs to be replied to etc.
  • Keeping track of maintenance, cleaners, staff for two properties in Ibiza and London
  • Paying bills
  • Opening and responding to mail
  • Organising personal travel and holidays
  • Communicating with Principal’s team, being the lynch pin between him and his two artist managers, tour manager, label manager, social media manager, travel concierge, building project manager, interior designer, etc.
  • Helping with day to day scheduling for personal and work appointments
  • General online research (products, staff, classes, events, restaurants, etc)
  • Errand running
  • Dry cleaning, packing, shopping, errands, ordering online shopping, online returns for Principal and his fiancée

   

   

  Candidates must be / have:

  • Fluent English and Spanish languages
  • Full clean driving licence – ideally own their own car in London
  • Previous Private PA experience
  • Incredibly well-organised
  • An interest in the electronic music scene and / or some knowledge of it, would be beneficial
  • Able to travel extensively
  • A can-do attitude
