Boutique global strategic advisory firm is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to provide high quality executive support to the Founder in a timely and professional fashion. The Senior Executive Assistant will also work directly with C-level executives and will be responsible for managing the London office. Duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office; supporting managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication, including scheduling meetings, assistance in organizing events, and interfacing with high profile clients. Successful candidates will be detailed-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. The ability to multi-task while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support is essential to the position. This is a small team and the company has a collegial and familial culture and is looking for someone who can fit in seamlessly and get along with their outgoing and high energy team.
As well as the London office, there is an office in Dubai – the Founder splits her time between both cities (predominantly London) and there can be flexibility for the EA to either relocate back and forth with the Principal or work remotely from London (to the Dubai working week / hours) when she is in Dubai.
There will be some travel with this role – aside from Dubai trips, there will be approx. 3-4 trips per year (mainly US), from 3 days up to max 2 weeks duration.
Hours: Full time, flexible to work to different time zones

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Candidates must be / have:
· Bachelor’s degree required
· Minimum of 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management
· Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
· Attention to detail
· Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
· Exceptional interpersonal skills
· Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
· Excellent English verbal and written skills
