We have an exceptional opportunity for a senior level Executive Assistant to work one-to-one for the founder of a newly formed, rapidly growing medical company in London, on a remote working basis.
Working very closely with the founder, who is innovative yet detailed and focused, the Executive Assistant will utilise their previous experience working at a similar level, to provide slick, cohesive and highly organised support daily. Very importantly, the individual needs to be able to multitask at a high level, while typing, taking short frequent dictation over the telephone and working directly with the principal executive to jump between tasks frequently.
We are looking for a special someone who is detail minded, highly organised, motivated and enthusiastic, ideally with experience working for a founder or at senior level in a start-up environment. Experience gained in the mental health or medical sectors is highly desirable.
An IT/technology savvy mind is required, and in-depth knowledge of social media and website maintenance is sought as the Executive Assistant will create content and upload amendments.
Please note: This is a home working, Monday to Friday role, approximately 8am – 6pm (c50 hours/week) although flexibility will be required to potentially include ad hoc evening and/or weekend hours.
As this is a busy, start-up environment the company is particularly looking for candidates who have the flexibility to learn a new job on the go, with ad hoc training (rather than a structured induction and training programme).
Hours: Full time 8am – 6pm Mon to Fri (additional evenings and weekends will be frequent)
Please note this is not a virtual role that can be worked around other projects and requires 100% commitment.
Salary: £50-60k dependent on experience
